Job Description

Opportunity to join a Warwickshire law firm in their Childcare department.

Would suit a Solicitor with at least 12 months' experience.

The work is Legal Aid focused and includes:

• PLO matters
• Care Proceedings
• Emergency Protection Orders
• Adoption
• Deprivation of Liberty

You will be working alongside experienced lawyers. The team undertake their advocacy at court.

The firm has a number of other departments including private Family Law and Conveyancing.

The firm has a friendly and open culture and this would be a great team to learn and develop as a Care Solicitor.

The Successful Applicant

The team are looking for a UK qualified solicitor with experience in Care work. It's likely the team would need a Solicitor with at least 12 months' experience (this could have been during your training contract).
