Care Recruitment Specialist - 12-Month Maternity Cover

Lauriem Complete Care is seeking a recruiter to cover a 12-month maternity leave with potential for further permanent roles within the organisation. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for care and non-care positions and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Reporting to operations, you will build talent pools, write job adverts, short-list candidates, conduct interviews, and keep accurate records while meeting KPI targets.
