Care HR Advisor - Impactful 12-Month FTC, Gloucestershire

Prosperity Care and Wellbeing Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support managers and staff across a wide range of people matters, providing expert guidance, driving compliance, and promoting wellbeing. This is a 37.5-hour per week role with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You'll support employee relations, maintain policies and records, attend meetings and contribute to projects that enhance workplace culture across our care services.
