Care Home Accounts Receivable Specialist

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Debtors Clerk to support the effective management of customer accounts across our care home portfolio.

The role is full-time and office-based at our Central Support Office in Darlington, working 40 hours per week, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues nationwide. You will manage a portfolio of private-pay and top-up accounts, issuing statements, chasing payments and assisting residents, families and attorneys with queries.
