Salary: £34,258 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Based at: Lakeside Care Farm at Lower Moor Nature Reserve

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is looking for an ambitious, collaborative and inspiring Manager to help lead, develop and shape our pioneering and expanding programme of Care Farms.

Working with the Head of Care Farms, this is a rare opportunity to lead our SEND provision at Lakeside Care Farm on Lower Moor Nature Reserve. As the only one of 46 Wildlife Trusts to have Care Farms, you'll continue to build our innovative work as a leader in the field.

Leading a talented and committed team, you will have considerable experience of working with children and young people with complex and diverse needs.You will provide day-to-day operational leadership of the Care Farmalongside the Manager & Site Lead, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of high quality nature-based provision.The roleis responsible fordeveloping,coordinatingand leading person-centred programmes that support students' learning, wellbeing, personaldevelopmentand EHCP outcomes, whilstoperatingwithin agreed budgets and timescales.

You will line manage staff and volunteers, providing supervision, guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and the maintenance of high standards of practice. You will oversee safeguarding, student wellbeing, progress monitoring, behaviour support and risk management, while fostering positive relationships with families, schools, referrers and partner agencies to ensure a coordinated, approach that enables children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
