Cardiac Specialist Nurse - ACS

Development, provision and co-ordination of the Acute Coronary Syndrome Nursing Service including Cardiac Rehabilitation, Rapid Access Angina Clinic, Post PCI clinic and General Cardiology Clinic.
Be responsible for a defined patient caseload; providing professional nursing care, support and education to patients and their carers, referred to the Acute Coronary Syndrome Nursing Service.
To provide regular training, education, information and support to staff involved in the delivery of cardiac care.
To work with other members of the Cardiology Nurse Specialist Team to ensure that all services are in line with relevant standards, DoH JOB DESCRIPTION targets and best practice
