Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist - Lead Patient Sessions

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Exercise Specialist/Physiotherapist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. The role involves leading the delivery of a comprehensive cardiac rehab programme, assessing and prescribing tailored exercise for patients.

You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support lifestyle changes and enhance patient care. Applicants should hold a relevant degree and be HCPC registered. Evening and weekend shifts may be required on occasion.
