Job overviewJoin Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust as a Car Parking Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring our parking services operate efficiently across Trust sites. Working within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of staff parking permits, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, managing invoices, and supporting the smooth operation of parking systems and services.
Main duties of the jobThis is a varied and customer-focused role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders using excellent interpersonal skills, including staff, patients, visitors, service providers, and external partners. You will help resolve parking-related issues, complaints, support service improvements, and contribute to ensuring a safe, fair, and positive parking experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Person specification Education- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- Evidence of further education
- Evidence of additional qualifications in typing, shorthand, or other methods of speed writing
- Working knowledge and practical experience of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working for senior professional staff, providing comprehensive administrative support.
- NHS experience, ideally within an estates and or facilities related field.
- Ability to create spreadsheets and to provide management information in a timely manner.
- Ability to produce a report in a professional format
