As Capital Projects & Commercial Property Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our estate supports learners, staff and the wider community, while also unlocking new commercial opportunities that sustain and strengthen the College for the future.

This is a key estates leadership role where you will drive both commercial income and capital project delivery-maximising revenue through lettings, leases and partnerships while managing a portfolio of capital and refurbishment projects across a diverse, multi-site estate.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders-from curriculum teams to external partners and contractors-ensuring that every project and partnership delivers quality, compliance and long term value.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will bring strong experience in estates, property or project management, alongside proven commercial awareness, contract management capability and a solid understanding of compliance and health and safety. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders and delivering high quality outcomes in a complex, multi site environment.
