Capacity Manager

IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | CAPACITY MANAGER | UNTIL 30/06/2026 | £614/DAY (INSIDE IR35) | ON-SITE | CORSHAM

We're seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to join a high-security defense project. This role is Full time on-site in Corsham (initially 5 days/week, then potentially 3 days/week after 3 months). You'll be responsible for ensuring VMware-based infrastructure capacity meets current and future business needs in a cost-effective, reliable, and scalable way.

Key Requirements:

Active DV clearance (sole British national, transferable, meets NSV criteria).

Strong experience in ITIL Capacity Management across VMware environments.

Skilled in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Familiarity with tools like vRealize Operations or similar.

Background in Defence sector and ITIL 4 practices.

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VCF/VxRail.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
