We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Canterbury-based house builder. The company delivers high-quality new-build residential developments ranging from 35 to 75 units per site, across Kent and Sussex.
Role Overview:

• Manage all commercial aspects of multiple residential developments
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
• Monitor project costs, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with site teams, technical staff, and senior management

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field preferred
