Location

There is currently one whole-time vacancy available within the Integrated Care Hub, Clonskeagh, HSE Dublin South and Wicklow, located on the Clonskeagh Hospital Campus, Clonskeagh Road, Dublin 6, D06 W8C9
(Subject to service developments, the future assignment location will be Cherrywood Primary Care Centre, Dublin 18)

The successful candidate's base location will be the Integrated Care Hub, Clonskeagh. The role will have a remit across HSE Dublin South and Wicklow, including the Integrated Care Hubs in Clonskeagh and Bray, and associated hospital sites (St. Vincent's University Hospital, St. Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown, and St. Michael's Hospital)

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Candidate Advanced Practice Dietitian, Multi-morbid Chronic Disease HSE Dublin & South East from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
