Campus Recruiter: Graduate Talent & Brand Advocate

KPMG Ireland is seeking a proactive Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and student programmes. Based in Dublin with a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office), you will coordinate campus activities, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding while building strong relationships with universities and stakeholders.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic HR team, champion our employer brand, manage candidate experiences and deliver insightful reporting.
