Camping Site Warden (Couple)

Employer's Name: Summers Camp, Burton, Christchurch

Location: Dorset

Start Date: Thursday 17th July - Sunday 7th September 2025

Pay: Pay for the entire length of the contract plus a retention bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Ensuring the smooth operation of the campsite, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Daily cleaning and emptying of campsite facilities. Sweeping out and cleaning of Glamping Bell Tents, including minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
3. Guest Services: Checking guests in and ensuring they are settled. Enforcing campsite rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Handling onsite questions and resolving issues promptly.
4. Checkout Procedures: Ensuring all guests checking out do so promptly.
5. Sales and Enforcement: Managing payments for extra nights, additional guests, and dogs using the provided account. Reporting all extra sales accurately and timely. Enforcing rules and handling problematic guests using a 3-warning system, with final decisions made by Pitching It and/or the landowners.

Working Days and Schedule:

Flexible; you will be in complete control of your own time, completing daily tasks such as cleaning and guest check-in. You are free to come and go as you choose to enjoy this special area.

Availability:

Must be able to complete the entire summer contract and have your own motorhome for accommodation.
