Campaigns Lead & Volunteer Coordinator (West Worcestershire)

Worcestershire Liberal Democrats in Pershore are seeking a Campaigns Organiser to help build and lead our campaigning operation across West Worcestershire. The part-time role (0.6 FTE) pays £25,000 FTE (£15,000 p.a. at 0.6 FTE) and is a fixed-term contract until May 2027 with potential extension subject to funding.

You will recruit and train volunteers, plan canvassing, deliver campaign literature, coordinate delivery networks and support digital campaigning, reporting to local election teams.
