Campaign Manager

Founded in 2020, Traffic Nomads is an agency integrated in the ACE OF PERFORMANCE group.

Having had exponential growth in these first 5 years, this Online Media Buying Platform allows any advertiser to promote his products and serviced through different channels and ad formats, reaching different target audiences around the world.

We are a team of 40+ people who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and ambitious and we are looking for someone like-minded to join us.

We're searching for a passionate Campaign Manager who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. You'll be working across different international markets, using paid media to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with creativity, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diving into data and reports to uncover what's working (and what could work better)
• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything we do

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or something similar
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role
• An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other is a plus
• Curiosity about Marketing and Digital Advertising
• Fluent English (extra languages? Even better!)
• Someone who's ambitious, energetic, and comfortable with AI tools
• Great communication skills and a "let's make it happen" attitude
