We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of CAMHS Night Manager (RMN) to join our team here at Aaban based at our locations in Accrington, BB5 postcode. The successful candidate will hold a valid NMC pin.

Aim of this role:
The Night Manager at Aaban Partnership Ltd. will work closely with the young people who use our services, their families, carers and external professionals. They offer an important contribution to how people experience our services. They contribute to the quality of the services we provide by:
Keeping the young people who use our services as safe as possible through the application of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments.
Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes by using up-to-date skills and adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures.
Ensuring the young people using our services have a good experience by respecting, empowering and working collaboratively with young people throughout the care planning process.
We believe that optimal care and treatment is delivered by multi-disciplinary teams working well together and in close partnership with other teams and services to provide seamless care. You will work as part of a team and you will contribute to the success of the team by being an effective role model and supervising other staff nurses, support workers and students. You will manage staff skill mix, provide staff supervisions, de-briefs and ensure the overall smooth running of shifts on nights.

Aaban Partnership Ltd has two CQC regulated bespoke built 10 bedded units offering Assessment, Stabilisation, treatment, and intervention for young people aged 8 -18 years.Providence Unit (Assessment and Stabilisation Unit) and Moira Unit (Treatment and Intervention Unit) are both open and operational and we require passionate, committed, hard-working healthcare support workers to work as part of our team
