Contract: Part Time
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Welcome guests on arrival and bid them farewell.
- Take guests' orders efficiently and accurately, inputting them into the system for seamless service.
- Good knowledge of food and drinks.
- Possess in depth knowledge of the menu, including food and drink options, to assist guests with informed choices.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while checking on their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas).
- Training of new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties.
- Connects with customers and develops strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation.
- Creates an atmosphere on delivering superior customer service.
- Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts.
- You must have at least 1 year' s experience within hospitality leadership.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.
- Good personal appearance and hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is desirable, but not a strict requirement.
