About the opportunity:

The Dayforce Product Development team is looking for an experienced Software Developer to create the industry's next-generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

As a Developer on our Workforce Management team, you will work on our innovative solution that helps companies increase efficiency through tracking time and attendance and intelligent scheduling of employees. Your role involves participating in the entire software lifecycle, including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support. You will collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to deliver the required functionality.

What you'll get to do:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional, distributed team on designing and implementing new features.
• Drive quality and adhere to best coding practices.
• Engage in full-stack development of a web application, including front-end development of high-performing UI controls.

Skills and experience we value:

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience using C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong SQL skills, including database design and query optimization.
