Join a dynamic development team driving the evolution of a high-performance, customer-facing Self-Service Terminal platform, set to power over 1,400 retail locations across the UK. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge technology that blends software innovation with hardware integration.

As a Senior Developer, you'll take ownership of complex challenges, influence technical direction, and mentor junior team members. Your work will span feature enhancements, performance optimisation, UI development, and seamless hardware integration-all within an Agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver robust, high-quality software solutions
• Optimise performance and reliability across the platform
• Implement and maintain unit and automated tests
• Integrate software with hardware peripherals
• Support and enhance backend services
• Apply UI design changes and improvements
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing
• Champion best practices and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Contribute to sprint goals as part of an Agile delivery team
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers

What We're Looking For

• Solid, recent experience with C++
• Strong knowledge of Windows development and Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of STL
• Exposure to Qt or other GUI technology
• Experience with client-server architecture
• Familiarity with networking concepts (HTTP, TCP/IP, sockets)
