Description

Review and process Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders while implementing procurement strategies, policies and procedures. Serve as the key point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Order issues. Maintain accuracy of Purchase Orders, databases and records. Responsible for processing orders for the warehouses, follow up all issues related and complete on time. Co-ordinate with logistic team and internal teams on all of the import/export customs issues. Track and expedite incoming shipments, resolve the receiving issues on time. Coordinate with warehouse to request for Serial number details and arrange for shipment to suppliers. Communicate effectively within team and cross functionally as well as with key internal stakeholders & external partners Achieve target fill rate, minimise backlog and expedite backlog recovery Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock and cautionary parts Inventory management for multiple warehouses Stock balancing execution among warehouses Maintain systems data integrity and optimise planning processes Recommend obsolete and excess inventory for disposition Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) in region Determine pack plan and production orders Work with Global Materials and Engineering for material changes Coordinate issue resolutions, application enhancement requests between business and warehouse teams
