A forward-thinking and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (NQ - 2 PQE) to join its specialist Buy-to-Let team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer or conveyancer to develop their expertise within a high-quality, investor-focused property practice.

The Opportunity

Our client has built a strong reputation within the property sector, particularly in acting for investors and portfolio landlords. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a conveyancer to support their expanding Buy-to-Let team.

You will handle a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, with a strong emphasis on Buy-to-Let transactions. The role offers excellent exposure to repeat investor clients and the opportunity to build long-term relationships within a niche and growing market.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to move away from high-volume, low-margin work and instead focus on quality-driven transactions within a supportive and well-structured team.

The Candidate

We are keen to speak with individuals who are early in their legal career and looking to specialise or further develop within residential property. The ideal candidate will have:

• NQ to 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing
• Experience handling a range of residential property matters (including sales and purchases)
• A strong interest in Buy-to-Let or investor-led work
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
