Job Description
Tanium Removal Programme: Transitioning global endpoint management away from Tanium, implementing alternative solutions, and ensuring operational readiness across regions. Persona Automated Identity Verification: Deploying automated identity verification for onboarding and IT support, integrating Persona with Okta and Zendesk, and improving security and user experience. Defining What Success Looks Like: You'll lead workshops and conversations to uncover business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements, including data mappings, system behaviour, API interactions, and workflow logic You'll document requirements that are clear, actionable, and aligned to our strategic goals. Orchestrating Global Change: You'll work closely with engineering and architecture teams to assess system impacts, review solution designs, and support region specific deployment considerations in a multi-national environment. You'll help plan and support the global rollout of new tools, and ensure everyone is ready for the transition. Supporting Decommissioning and Validation: You'll support technical validation activities-including uninstall method testing, endpoint behaviour analysis, compatibility checks, and confirming solution performance across environments Managing Risks and Dependencies: You'll assess technical dependencies between platforms (Intune, Azure Arc, Autopatch, Patch My PC, Okta, Zendesk, Persona) and ensure risks related to integrations, data flows, and automation logic are identified and addressed You'll identify risks early and work with the team to resolve them before they become blockers. Championing Compliance and Change: You'll ensure technical solutions comply with privacy and security requirements-considering data flows, retention rules, auditability, and platform configuration implications You'll support change management, helping to create training and communications that drive user adoption and smooth transitions. Testing and Continuous Improvement: You'll design test scripts that validate integrations, API calls, system configurations, error handling, and exception paths-not just business outcomes You'll track progress, measure outcomes, and help the team continuously improve. Experience delivering business analysis for large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally in endpoint management, identity, or ITSM. A knack for translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executive sponsors. A collaborative, people-first approach-able to build trust, foster alignment, and drive results across global teams. Strong understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, etc.). Familiarity with tools like Intune, Patch My PC, Okta, Zendesk, and Persona is a plus. Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders (IT, HR, Legal, Change, Cybersecurity, regional teams). Document and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for both projects. Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. Ensure requirements align with compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOC2, regional laws). Facilitate communication between project teams, executive sponsors, and impacted business units. Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and change managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. Engage with regional teams to capture local nuances (e.g., work councils, regulatory constraints). Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams. Support solution architects in designing workflows, integrations, and automation (e.g., Intune, Patch My PC, Persona-Okta-Zendesk). Validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives and compliance needs. Collaborate with Change Adoption Managers to develop training materials and comms for new technologies and processes. Support user experience discovery, including impact assessments and feedback collection. Help design and document fallback and contingency plans for outages or process failures. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance materials for stage gates and executive reviews. Maintain traceability of requirements through to delivery and sign-off. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT transformation programmes. Strong understanding of endpoint management, identity verification, and ITSM processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work across global teams and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with tools such as Intune, Patch My PC, Okta, Zendesk, and Persona (preferred). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in waterfall and/or hybrid project methodologies. Exposure to compliance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, regional laws) beneficial but not essential Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Skilled at running workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Process Mapping & Improvement: Able to document current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. IT Transformation Experience: Hands-on experience with large-scale IT change, especially in endpoint management, patching, inventory, and identity/access management. Solution Design Support: Comfortable working with architects and engineers to turn requirements into technical specifications and workflows. Systems Analysis & Integration : Ability to analyse system integrations, data flows, API behaviours and platform configurations across tools such as Intune, Azure Arc, Patch My PC, Okta, Zendesk, and Persona Technical Documentation: Experience producing technical documentation such as solution specifications, integration mappings, sequence flows, and technical acceptance criteria Understanding of Enterprise Architecture : Working knowledge of endpoint architecture, identity access management structures, patching tools, and supporting infrastructure Testing & Validation: Experience designing and executing UAT, pilot testing, and validation of new systems and processes. Risk & Dependency Management: Proficient at identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and dependencies across complex programmes. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of privacy, legal, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, DPA, TPRM) and their impact on IT solutions. Change Management: Experience supporting user adoption, training, and communications for new technology and processes. Tool Familiarity: Exposure to or willingness to learn tools such as Intune, Patch My PC, Azure Arc, Okta, Zendesk, and Persona. Documentation & Reporting: Strong skills in preparing clear documentation, status reports, and governance materials for leadership. Collaboration: Works effectively across global, cross-functional teams; builds strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communication: Explains complex topics simply and clearly; adapts style for different audiences; listens actively and asks insightful questions. Initiative & Ownership: Proactively identifies issues and opportunities; takes responsibility for driving tasks to completion. Problem Solving: Analytical thinker who can break down complex challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
