Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Business Unit Senior Quality Manager - Drive a Greener Future with Alliance This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of Alliance delivery programme. As Business Unit Senior Quality Manager, you'll shape and assure the quality of work from project inception through to asset handover, driving a right first time culture across complex, multi disciplinary projects. You'll have real influence - leading site based assurance teams, strengthening standards across the supply chain, and using insight and data to reduce rework, protect milestones, and build lasting confidence with customers and stakeholders.Leading business unit quality assurance across sites, managing Quality Managers, Senior Quality Engineers and QA/QC EngineersSignificant experience leading quality assurance in complex construction or infrastructure environments, ideally within utilities or waterStrong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and standards such as ISO 9001A confident, values led leadership style with the ability to challenge constructively and influence at all levels Proven ability to use data and insight to drive better outcomes, reduce rework and protect delivery milestones Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to build trust across project teams, partners and stakeholders
