Your Mission Will Be

• Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement;
• Manage client and consultant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication;
• Oversee financials, ensuring margin control, risk management, and unit profitability;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align unit goals with company strategy;
• Lead the hiring process, conducting interviews as needed.

You Will Need

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT sector;
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude;
• BSc or MSc in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Track record of achieving business targets and driving unit profitability;
• Ability to coach, mentor, and grow talent within your team;
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
