You will oversee thermal generation assets while executing a strategic transition into next-generation technologies including BESS, solar PV, CHP, hydrogen-ready systems, and hybrid energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and commercial discipline
  • Manage client relationships at senior level, including contract governance and renewals
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering and operations team
  • Develop capability across both traditional thermal systems and emerging energy technologies
Candidate Profile

  • Proven commercial acumen with P&L ownership and O&M contract management
  • Experience leading multi-site operations and complex technical teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments (COMAH, IED, environmental compliance)

Apply

This is a rare opportunity to lead a newly formed business unit at an early stage, shaping its strategy, culture, and growth trajectory within a rapidly evolving energy sector.
