Business travel flights consultant

Required for this expanding TMC. You will be working with clients from around the globe booking their worldwide individual flight bookings using Sabre to attend conferences and events. Hours are 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm, shifts Monday to Friday with a one-hour break. Salary between 36k-40k plus benefits. Home-based.

Responsibilities

• Overall full project management and coordination of individual flight arrangements to attend global conferences and events.
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective fares for the client while maximizing revenue for the company.
• Budgeting and project financial management.

Required skills and experience

• Experience in booking flights within a TMC with strong Sabre experience is a must.
• Must be able to work afternoons and evenings Monday to Friday.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experienced in handling complex travel programmes.
• A good team player but also able to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for own projects.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
