We now have an exciting opportunity here at Polyframe to bring on board a Business Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for Window Designer management, support, and MI Reporting. You will analyze, diagnose, and improve business processes involving Windows Designer. This includes preparing and delivering reports of findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessments, along with proposed solutions. You will develop end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels, lead end-to-end process reviews, and conduct current and future state mapping exercises. Additionally, you will carry out periodic quality checks, support business change, and identify areas of the business model with sub-optimal performance.

Minimum requirements:

1. Demonstrable track record with Windows Designer (database, application management, and support)
2. Experience with reporting platforms and toolsets (e.g., PowerBI)
3. 2 to 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment as a Business Analyst
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products
5. Experience working with CRM, ERP, and MRP systems

What we offer:

Salary: up to £65,000 (Dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Location: Our site is based in Lenwade; however, this can be a Fully Remote or Hybrid position
