Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure focused Business Systems Analyst or Infrastructure Delivery Analyst to support Business as Usual and BSA projects. This position will focus on stabilisation, delivery support, and infrastructure related change across ongoing operations.
This role sits within the infrastructure team. The successful contractor will work closely with infrastructure, network, and non-technical business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary owner for infrastructure related BAU and BSA initiatives
• Support infrastructure implementation activity across multiple workstreams
• Gather and document intake notes and requirements for infrastructure requests
• Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams including network and infrastructure delivery
• Maintain strong ownership of deliverables, timelines, and communication
• Support projects without being tied to a specific technology stack

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong background in IT infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of network deployment requirements
• Proven experience working on infrastructure implementation or delivery initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience valued over formal qualifications

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to manufacturing, or supply chain environments is beneficial
• Experience supporting operational or BAU focused initiatives
