The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of the office, delivering high standards across workplace operations, facilities, and administrative support. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help shape and enhance operational performance while fostering a collaborative and high performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead and develop a multi functional team, promoting a positive and high performance culture
  • Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
  • Allocate resources effectively to support legal and administrative teams
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Manage facilities, including supplier relationships, space planning and building services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and risk management
  • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives within the workplace
  • Coordinate internal and client events, delivering a professional and polished experience
About You
  • Demonstrates experience in business support / office management within a professional services environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and performance
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced setting
  • Interest in innovation, technology or process improvement is advantageous
