Job Description
Job Overview

This role is politically restricted and directly reports to the Business Support Team Leader at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioners in West Midlands. It is a permanent position aimed at a well organised individual seeking to expand their knowledge and experience in Business Administration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including word processing, photocopying, and processing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Maintain manual and computerised files.
  • Use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficient word processing skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work using own initiative.
