Job Description

The Welfare Rights Team are recruiting Business Support Assistants. The business support workers are key members of our team, providing the administrative support that enables us to help vulnerable people to claim the benefits they are entitled to.

The main duties include dealing with emails and post, matching clients to officers and creating case records on our computer system. You will also collate statistical records using Excel and assist with other tasks as directed by the team manager.

You should have evidence of experience in using Microsoft Packages e.g. Word/Excel and possess excellent written, verbal, numerical and communication skills.
