Position: Business Support Assistant (Term Time Requirement Only)

Working Hours: Part time hours (25 - 30 hours per week)

The London Borough of Harrow is currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to join the Special Needs Transport Team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a vital service that helps children with special needs access education smoothly and safely.

This role is available during term time only, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week, with potential to increase to 30 hours, subject to approval.

Shift Details

• Morning Shift: 6:30/7:00 AM - 9:00/9:30 AM (2.5 hours)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00/2:30 PM - 4:30/5:00 PM (2.5 hours)

The hourly rate for this position is £14.93.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and logistical support to the Special Needs Transport Team
• Coordinating transport services to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Liaising with schools, parents, and transport providers to facilitate smooth service delivery
• Assisting with scheduling and documentation
