Are you ready to support our School Swimming Service? As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role during term time, ensuring smooth operations for swimming pool provision in schools. This position is Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

In this engaging role, you will:
  • Liaise with schools regarding swimming pool bookings and charges.
  • Monitor financial aspects and staffing returns.
  • Assist in planning swimming session timetables.
  • Handle general queries from schools and stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • A good standard of education, ideally with GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in administrative roles is advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
