Business Support Administrator

The Role

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure projects, processes and day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating projects, meetings and team activities
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and business correspondence
  • Liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Monitoring deadlines and following up on actions
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring information is accurate and presented to a high standard
About You
  • Previous administration, coordination or business support experience
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
