The role:

Working within a dynamic and collaborative department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day to day operations of the business. This position is central to ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to the overall success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities;
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support within a fast paced department
  • Contribute to a wide range of daily operational activities
  • Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and up to date
  • Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across the department
  • Utilise internal systems and IT platforms to streamline and manage workflows efficiently
Experience required:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Personable and professional approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a team oriented, communicative environment
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE Maths & English or equivalent required)
