Role

• Deliver engaging and high quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of business concepts and entrepreneurship.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.

Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Be committed to raising attainment and delivering outstanding learning experiences.
• Have a genuine passion for education and student success.
