Business Service Readiness Consultant

Do you have experience of providing business and organisational readiness expertise, on an end-to-end transformational product or service launch involving adoption, people, processes and operational outcomes?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, in assessing organisational & enterprise readiness for products and services, considering the people, processes and operational arrangements needed to support effective adoption and ongoing service performance.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• strong business or operational enterprise readiness experience
• understanding of end-to-end product and service adoption
• experience assessing organisational impacts across people, processes and ways of working
• ability to identify practical readiness requirements going far beyond technical delivery

Key Services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

• assess organisational and operational readiness for products and services
• identify impacts on people, processes and existing ways of working
• evaluate readiness gaps, dependencies and adoption requirements
• define practical actions needed to support service adoption and operation
• work with relevant teams to agree readiness priorities and next steps

Mandatory Requirements:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

• experience in business readiness, operational readiness or service adoption
• understanding of the organisational impact of products and services
• experience assessing people, process and operational dependencies
• ability to consider readiness beyond technical implementation

Optional Requirements:

It will also be advantageous if you have:

• experience within the healthcare industry
• experience within public sector organisations

Working Pattern:

Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Waterloo, Central London
