About The Role As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will act as the strategic liaison between the IT department and business units. The role focuses on understanding business needs, ensuring IT services and solutions align with organizational goals, and driving value from technology investments. You will build trusted partnerships, facilitate demand for IT services, and ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. In This Role, You Will Strategic Alignment 
- Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned business units.
- Understand business strategies, challenges, and opportunities to ensure IT delivers value.
- Align IT initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners on technology opportunities and risks.
- Manage expectations and promote transparency in IT service delivery.
- Capture, evaluate, and prioritize business demands for IT services and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and business cases.
- Facilitate decision-making on project requests, resource allocation, and priorities.
- Ensure IT investments deliver expected outcomes and business value.
- Monitor project progress, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
- Participate in IT governance forums and business planning discussions.
- Translate business needs into IT roadmaps, initiatives, and service improvements.
- Provide regular updates on IT performance, project status, and business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in business relationship management, IT consulting, or IT service delivery (typically 5+ years).
- Strong understanding of IT services, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, BRM Institute practices, or Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Business acumen with ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on value creation.
- Ability to manage conflicts and balance competing priorities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
