Role Description

We are seeking a top-performing Sales Manager to sell InspireXT Consulting services & platforms in UK & European Market. Listed below are key activities that you will be leading to drive success with team, customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Hunt for net new business for various GTMs (Oracle Cloud, Salesforce Cloud, Managed Services, proprietary platforms etc).
  • Research & continuously develop a database of prospects targeting Manufacturing, Retail, and Pharma Sectors across UK and EUR regions.
  • Develop relationships and work with alliance partners and their AEs and leadership to identify joint opportunities to pursue in Oracle and Salesforce ecosystems
  • The position should be able to work with Leadership team in continuously improving GTM motions and Sales process
  • Build and progress pipeline from leads to deal stages with regular evaluation on deal progression KPIs
  • Building a pipeline of suspects, prospects, qualified opportunities and closing deals to meet the sales targets within the assigned territories and industry verticals.
  • Update CRM with activities and opportunity progression KPIs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in selling IT Services/SaaS applications in UK or Europe Market
  • Strong track record of selling enterprise services and solutions, across Manufacturing, Retail and LifeSciences industries at a minimum.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, with expertise in navigating complex client organizations and multi-country sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of continuously achieving targets in Outbound motion
  • Functional Knowledge of Supply Chain/ Oracle Cloud/ Salesforce Cloud is a big plus
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and work in a Startup environment.
  • Ambition to move to a Sales Leadership role
  • A willingness to travel regionally as needed.
