  • Demand management: Capture, assess and prioritise business requests, ensuring each initiative is clearly defined, justified and aligned to business needs.
  • Delivery coordination: Work closely with development teams and project stakeholders to ensure work is delivered effectively and in line with agreed priorities.
  • Change and project support: Support the end to end lifecycle from business case development through to project delivery and adoption across the business.
  • Risk and relationship management: Identify risks and issues early, manage escalations and influence stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive industry experience: Significant experience in Business Analysis or similar roles within Technology or Operations environments.
  • Insurance market knowledge: Strong understanding of underwriting processes and commercial or specialty insurance environments.
  • Stakeholder management expertise: Proven ability to influence, negotiate and engage stakeholders at all levels across global teams.
  • Delivery and change capability: Experience working across project and change lifecycles with a track record of supporting successful delivery outcomes.
  • Analytical and communication skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Why Join CNA Hardy?

We celebrate individuality and inclusivity, ensuring everyone feels valued, respected and supported to share ideas and perspectives. Flexible hybrid working, a competitive compensation and benefits package, and investment in learning, mentoring and clear development pathways are part of our commitment to your growth. We recognise and reward performance and the behaviours that drive success.
