Business Recruiter - Flexible Hours & Learning Budget

Monzo is seeking a recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Business Hiring team in London. You will own the full hiring process, identify top talent, and partner with Hiring Managers to make strong hiring decisions.

You'll source passive candidates, manage high volumes of applications, and continually improve processes with data-driven insights. You'll collaborate across business functions, resonate with our inclusive culture, and deliver a smooth candidate experience from
