What you'll do:

• Develop and execute enterprise-level change management and communications plans aligned with fund ecosystem priorities including multi-channel communications (email, Teams, town halls, leader cascades, SharePoint, Confluence) with clarity and consistency.
• Build strong relationships across executives, operations, and partners to influence alignment and decisions, while guiding leaders on change best practices and navigating complex transformations.
• Translate AI development, AI-ready data, resilient engineering, and emerging technologies into impactful strategic narratives.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across the fund ecosystem on change and enablement initiatives.
• Operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, communications, and organizational change.
• Lead a team of four, communicate department plans, coach staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Translate business processes, user needs, and requirements into actionable documentation, and lead design, testing, and enhancements of applications for operational alignment and efficiency.
• Support development of risk profiles, dashboards, and control insights for informed business decisions.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in business project management, transformation, or change management.
• Strong knowledge of AI or automation platforms (Python, UiPath, Appian).
• Skilled in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience leading system enhancements or digital transformation initiatives.
• Track record of leading successful teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams.
