Responsibilities

• Deliver Success Plan & Professional services as a lead and team member
• Drive the adoption of SAP products, technologies & AI
• Help customers transition to modern cloud based architectures for data & analytics
• Collaborate with colleagues across organizations to ensure project/customer/partner success
• Share technical knowledge & help upskill colleagues
• Fulfil de escalation and trusted advisor roles

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate effectively with executives and technical resources alike
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Desire for continuous learning
• Passion for educating others and sharing knowledge
• Experience working onsite directly with customers & partners
• Enthusiasm for performance optimisation and root cause analysis
• Strong proven experience with any/all of:
  • SAP Business Data Cloud
  • SAP Datasphere
  • SAC / SAC Planning / Business Planning & Consolidation
  • SAP BW/4HANA
• Advantageous:
  • ABAPCDS Views
  • S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
  • SAP HANA Administration
  • SAP BW migrations/transformations/upgrades
  • SAP BTP
  • Databricks / Snowflake / MS Fabric / GBQ / Collibra
