Business Partner Insight (Network Health) Analyst - Fixed Term Contract, Amazon Logistics

We are seeking an Insight Analyst to join the EU Last Mile DSP Network Health Team. This role involves working closely with senior leaders in the Last Mile space and key partner organizations to ensure success. The analyst will help build, execute, and report on insights for Network Health (NH) and the DSP program, collaborating with legal, account managers, operations, tech, and other internal teams to develop models that better understand our DSP partners.
Key Responsibilities- Own reporting for strategic roadmaps, working with business leaders to drive expansion and optimization of new DSP business units.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics for review with senior leadership and teams.
- Onboard data to our warehouse by building automated pipelines using Python in Lambda or Sagemaker to invoke API calls.
- Utilize statistical techniques for deep dives, generate actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Innovate data analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in our services to delivery partners.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build and automate tools that enhance reporting quality.
- Partner with global teams to align on reporting needs, setup, and maintain data pipelines.
- Create SOPs and drive process improvements.
- Ensure project timelines are met, resources are understood, and priorities are visible to leadership.
The Network Health team assesses the health of our business partners (the network) and seeks to improve collaboration, performance, and compliance with our DSPs.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large datasets.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python) and SQL.
- Experience administering AWS technologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Quicksight.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and communicate effectively.
- Experience managing stakeholders and working in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple teams to monitor performance and develop actionable insights.
- Experience analyzing and presenting results to senior leadership.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
