This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to *design, implement and continuously improve the enterprise operating system so the organisation scales efficiently, makes data-driven decisions and stays agile.*

Key purpose
Act as the strategic architect and hands-on operating partner in the CBO Office, linking strategy to execution. Design, implement and continuously improve the enterprise operating system so the organisation scales efficiently, makes data-driven decisions and stays agile.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise planning cycle: design, run and refine a connected quarterly to annual planning system that aligns strategy, Agile delivery and financial targets.
• Own 12-18 month cross-company roadmaps for complex, interdependent programmes; keep them current based on shifting priorities and data insights.
• Drive cross functional alignment across Product, Technology, Finance, Program Management and Business Operations in a Matrix environment; resolve competing priorities and trade-offs.
• Translate strategic priorities into execution frameworks, operating rhythms and decision making tools that enable consistent, scalable delivery.
• Enable data informed prioritisation through operational metrics, scenario analysis and Embedded insights in planning discussions.

Required background

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
• 8-10+ years in complex, matrixed software/digital product or technology organisations, with a proven record of large scale digital or operational transformation.
• Direct experience with enterprise/large business unit planning (quarterly, annual, rolling roadmaps).
• Hands-on use of Jira or equivalent work-management/planning tools.
• Track record operating within Embedded product/tech teams; pure consultancy or standalone operations experience is not sufficient.

• Operational reliability: maintain smooth, predictable business rhythms and governance structures despite rapid innovation.
