Business Officer - Two positions available

Historic England has two exciting opportunities for a Business Officer role.

Positions: Two fixed-term roles, one for two years and another until 31 March 2026, based in York or Newcastle with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

The Business Management Team supports local teams by managing grant-aid and advisory services, handling customer interactions, and assisting in delivering group and corporate targets. You will facilitate statutory advice, manage grants, assist with negotiations, and support the Local Leadership team with information requests and briefings.
