• Develop and grow a client portfolio within the freelance / contract market
• Identify and open new high-potential accounts
• Understand clients' business challenges and projects to deliver tailored solutions
• Build and manage a strong network of qualified freelance consultants
• Negotiate commercial terms (daily rates, margins, contracts)
• Actively contribute to the structuring and strategic direction of Sander's freelance practice
