Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home, driving required)
Pay Range: £37,000 - £47,000 per annum with car allowance and uncapped commission. Potential salary up to £50,000 plus car allowance.
Job DescriptionReed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialism in Bournemouth. This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter or a Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful desk.
Responsibilities- Run a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support or Accountancy & Finance
- Manage and develop a small team of Recruitment Consultants
- Grow market share across the local area
- Build strong client relationships and win new business
- Drive performance, quality and profitability
- Lead by example and champion Reed's values
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- Management experience or clear ambition to step into leadership
- Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus
- Hands on, motivating approach to coaching and developing others
