BI Manager (Commercial Analytics)
Amsterdam
Up to 85k annually

Company
This company is seeking a BI & Commercial Analytics Manager to join their commercial team in Amsterdam.
The Role
- Lead the Business Performance stream of a large-scale Global Data Lake Program.
- Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready presentations for meetings, townhalls, and market visits.
- Integrate business performance analytics into commercial decision-making routines and monthly executive reporting.
- Own and continuously improve the global Power BI reporting environment.
- Coach and develop BI analysts, promoting data literacy and analytics maturity across the business.
- Manage strategic external data partnerships with Nielsen and Circana, including contract negotiations.
- Launch strategic analytics pilots, including AI-driven solutions, with test markets.
- Influence senior stakeholders with impactful storytelling and data-driven business recommendations.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar analytics, insights, or business intelligence role
- FMCG experience
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Power BI, with experience managing or developing dashboards.
- Experience working with Nielsen/Circana and SAP data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions and cultures.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior analysts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
